Modern and functional, this studio apartment is perfectly located just off Nice’s Promenade des Anglais just steps away from the beach and the Old Town. Not only will you be in the centre of the city but this holiday let with terrace in Nice is also the perfect base to explore the rest of the French Riviera.
Massenet is in a quiet street, a one minute walk to the beach (from your balcony you can see, hear and smell the sea!), a five minute walk to the famous Place Massena and right on the “Zone Pietonne”, a pedestrian area filled with shops, cafés and restaurants. We absolutely adore this area. Its buzzing, vibrant and always entertaining.

The apartment is on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator and has a terrace with a clear view over the neighbouring buildings. Although small, Massenet has everything you might need. Inside the bathroom you will find a shower cubicle, toilet, a storage space behind the mirror and a towel warmer. There is also a washing machine should you need it.
The living area includes a kitchen unit and sleeping area where we have fitted a real double bed (140cm x 190cm) for your comfort. The living area also has a sofa which converts into a single bed to accommodate a third guest. Once you open the two big terrace doors the whole apartment becomes a bright sunny terrace.
What we love about Studio Massenet is it’s brightness. The open balcony lets you enjoy the blue sky of the Riviera in all its glory and is the perfect place to enjoy a quiet glass of rosé in the evening.
