• Take care of all financial transactions (rent collection, security deposits etc.).
• Transfer your share of the rent to you every two months.
• Send you a Financial Report every two months with an overview of past bookings.
• Manage the collection and payment of the local city tax.
• Meet and greet each guest on arrival and remind them of the house rules.
• Supervise check out (collect keys, refund security deposit, carry out laundry & cleaning).
