Carré d’Or literally means the golden square. And it is, it’s just the best! Safe, filled with shops, restaurant and very close to the Old Town and the beach. What else do you need for a perfect holiday in Nice? A terrace, well there is one. It even has a lounge set where you can chill and enjoy the sun and a bottle of rosé wine. Joffre is on the 6th floor of a typical building. All the way up you will not be disturbed by any sounds coming from the street. Don’t you worry about climbing up, the building has an elevator.
What makes this nice holiday rental with balcony extra nice is the size and light of its balcony. Joffre apartment has a spacious and sunny terrace overlooking the roofs of the surrounding buildings. It’s facing south so you will profit from the sun from dusk till dawn. Believe us when we tell you it’s quite rare to have the sun from morning to evening. Don’t worry about the midday sun as there is an electric sun shade when it gets too hot. And of course inside you can enjoy the AC.
As we said Joffre is fitted with all you might need. But it is so much more than a nice holiday rental with balcony. The living has a comfy double bed (140cm x 190cm) and a LCD TV, free WIFI and access to a fully fitted kitchen including microwave, washing machine, fridge and a Nespresso machine. We will provide coffee and tea to start you off with as well as dishwashing liquid, tea towels, an iron with board and ZEN detergent with amazing smell! You’ll love the new modern (and we promise it will be clean) bathroom with shower, hair dryer, big drawers with enough storage space and fluffy towels. But that’s not all. Upon arrival you will be welcomed by one of the ZEN teams hostesses and she will hand you the keys, a handy welcome folder and of course the special ZEN map of Nice.
