Great place in a great city. Fanny and Rianne did everything do make our transition as smooth as possible. The apartment is small, but cosy and we had plenty of space for 3 people. Amenities work ok, great coffee machine. Air-conditioning, microwave, washing machine- everything you could think of. Good neighborhood, grocery store just around the corners. Bus stop nearby and plenty of places to eat and drink. WiFi worked all the time and its speed was pretty good. Safe place. Fanny and Rianne, thank you a lot

We didn’t meet Fanny in person but loved the apartment! There were more than enough space to unpack our suitcases and hang out our clothes.. We stayed for a week and was very very happy for the AC.. We had a some hot days. The kitchen was perfect for our needs.. Coffee and light meals. It is a great location.. Across the road a fantastic Boulangery and Inter Marchè where you can get everything. Two blocks from the Port… Bus routes and 15 min walk to our favorite beach!! We would love to return when we are in Nice again!

The flat is exactly as shown in the pictures, very clean and newly refurbished. The size is perfect for a couple, probably too small for 3-4 people. The kitchen is well equipped. Both living room and bedroom have AC. The location is very convenient, as it’s close to the port, but also quiet, as it’s on a secondary street. There are many restaurants, bakeries and grocery shops nearby. We communicated with Fanny’s assistant, who was very responsive and promptly provided detailed directions to reach the flat. When we arrived the first day there was no hot water as apparently the previous guest had reached the daily limit. However, we (2 people) never reached that limit any of the following days. Overall, great experience! I would definitely recommend it!

Great location! We Did everything by foot. For us 3 the appartement was perfect in size (2 adults and a 3 yr old). I can recommend it.

The first thing I will say is that Fanny is about the best host you’ll see. Responsive, friendly and welcoming. She replied to my booking request within 5 minutes after a week of painstaking searching through many apartments in the South of France which have hosts who are less than interested in anything you have to say. Apartment was as described – clean, nicely furnished and fitted, centrally located and well equipped. Ideal for a short stay in Nice. I would recommended this apartment to anyone wishing to stay in the area. Thanks Fanny!

When we arrived to Nice, Elke, a Fanny’s friend, met us at the house and gave us all the information about the flat and a lot of suggestion about the city. The flat is nice, simple and ideal to spent an holiday in town. The quarter is close to the harbour, the Old city and all the most important areas of the city.

When we arrived in Nice, we were quite early. For a nominal (and pre-arranged) fee, we were able to check-in some hours early. Very useful. We were greeted by Fanny’s partner Elke (who spoke very good English) and given a hand-made guide of the surrounding area complete with restaurants and bars, places to store excess luggage, sights and attractions and more. There were Nespresso pods at the ready and and the apartment was very clean and exactly as pictured. The area is quaint, with bakeries and a supermarket within a two minute walk. Riquier train station was an easy 10 minute walk and the port, promenade and oldtown were about the same distance in the opposite direction. We absolutely loved our experience in Nice, however please be aware that it can be HOT in the south of France and that if you want to benefit from the breeze off of the water overnight you may want to contemplate noise-cancelling headphones or earplugs for sleeping. All in all, we were extremely happy with our ZEN experience in Nice. One suggestion if you’re planning to travel here is to book the “foodie” restaurants well ahead of arrival. Many of the best restaurants are booked weeks in advance and have very few tables.
